Best practices: a simple weekly routine
A proven 30-minute weekly routine to plan, schedule, answer and measure your social media with SolMarrow, without posting every day by hand.
Consistency beats volume. This routine keeps your channels active with about 30 minutes a week.
Monday: plan (10 minutes)
- Open Analytics and look at last week's best and weakest posts.
- Open your drafts and pick the ideas for this week.
- Decide how often to post per network, for example LinkedIn 3 times, X and Bluesky daily, Telegram twice.
Monday: write and schedule (15 minutes)
- Write each post once in the composer, then adjust the short networks in their own tabs.
- Add an image or short video to most posts.
- Schedule them across the week in the Calendar, at the times that worked best for you.
Tip: Planning a whole month? Use a CSV file, or ask your AI assistant to draft the posts and review them in the calendar.
Every day: answer (5 minutes)
- Open Inbox and Comments once or twice a day.
- Reply to new messages and comments, and thank people who share your posts.
Friday: check (5 minutes)
- Filter the calendar by Failed and fix anything that didn't go out.
- Save new ideas as drafts for next week.
Habits that help
- 80/20 content: about 80% useful or entertaining posts, 20% promotion.
- Reuse your best posts: copy a top post in the calendar and share it again a few weeks later with a fresh first line.
- Automate the routine parts: connect your blog or YouTube channel with RSS feeds.
- Keep a steady rhythm rather than bursts of many posts followed by silence.
