How to connect LinkedIn Pages to SolMarrow step by step, what you can publish, the limits, and tips for better LinkedIn Pages posts.

Note: This network opens for everyone once the platform approves the SolMarrow app. Until then it shows In review on the Accounts page.
How to connect
- Open Accounts in the SolMarrow sidebar.
- Choose LinkedIn Pages.
- LinkedIn Pages opens after LinkedIn approves SolMarrow for its Community Management API, the API LinkedIn requires for posting as a company. Once it's open, you sign in with LinkedIn and pick a page you're an admin of. Your personal profile can be connected right now.
- Back in SolMarrow, the account shows as connected. You can now pick it under Post to in the composer.
Tip: Connect in the same browser where you are already signed in to the network, so you only need to confirm.
What you can publish
- Company updates: Text posts of up to 3,000 characters for news, hiring announcements and product updates.
- Photo posts: Up to 9 images in one post, such as team photos, event pictures or a short set of slides.
- Video posts: One video of up to 5 GB per post, for demos, interviews or event recaps. Images and video aren't combined in one post.
Limits
- Text: up to 3,000 characters.
- Media: up to 9 images or up to 1 video.
Tips
- Show the people: Posts featuring team members, behind-the-scenes moments and customer stories usually feel more human than polished announcements.
- Lead with value, not news: Instead of only sharing press releases, post what your audience can use: a how-to, a lesson learned, a useful number from your industry.
- Ask your team to engage: Employees commenting on and resharing company posts helps them reach people beyond the page's followers.
- Keep a steady rhythm: A page that posts a few times a week, every week, looks more active and trustworthy than one that goes quiet for a month.

When can I schedule posts to my LinkedIn company page?
As soon as LinkedIn approves SolMarrow for its Community Management API. The integration is built and waiting on that review.
Can I schedule posts to my personal LinkedIn profile now?
Yes. Personal profiles are available today, along with X, Bluesky, Telegram, Discord and other networks, all on the free plan.
Do I need to be an admin of the page?
Yes. SolMarrow posts as a company page that you administer on LinkedIn.
What can I post to a company page?
Text posts up to 3,000 characters, posts with up to 9 images, or a post with one video up to 5 GB, the same limits as personal profiles.
