Earn the click on "see more"
LinkedIn shows only the first couple of lines before cutting a post off. Make that opening specific enough that people want the rest.
Use short paragraphs
One or two sentences per paragraph, with a blank line between them, is much easier to read on a phone than a solid block of text.
