Why schedule X posts with SolMarrow
- / 001
Posts on time
Your tweets go live at the exact time you choose, even while you're asleep or offline.
- / 002
One calendar
See scheduled X posts next to LinkedIn, Bluesky and every other network you run.
- / 003
Clear costs
X charges apps per post. You see that cost up front, and unused credits come back if a post fails.
- / 004
Your own key
Prefer to pay X directly? Connect your own X developer key and skip credits entirely.
What you can post
What You Can Schedule on X
How connecting works
Connect with X's own sign-in (OAuth 2.0), so SolMarrow never sees your password. X charges apps for every post made through its API, so your posts use SolMarrow X credits (100 credits for $5 or 500 for $20), or you add your own X developer key and pay X directly.
Text posts
Up to 280 characters. Every link counts as 23 characters, the same way X counts it, so the number you see is the number X sees.
Image posts
Attach up to 4 images to one tweet. They show as a grid in the timeline, which works well for screenshots, product shots and step-by-step visuals.
Video posts
One video per tweet, up to 512 MB. A post carries either images or a video, not both, and the composer tells you before you schedule.
How it works
From Idea to Published X Post in Four Steps
- 01
Connect X
Connect with X's own sign-in (OAuth 2.0), so SolMarrow never sees your password.
- 02
Write once, tailor it
Write the post, then adjust the text and media for X. The preview shows how it will look, and the composer flags anything X won't accept.
- 03
Schedule or publish
Pick a date and time in your workspace's time zone, publish right away, or save a draft. SolMarrow posts on time, even when you're offline.
- 04
Keep track
Every published post links back to X. If one can't go out, you see the reason and can fix it and try again.
Features
Everything You Need to Run X Alongside Every Other Account
Counts characters like X does
Links count as 23 characters, just like on X, and the 280 limit shows as you type.
A heads-up on link posts
X charges more for posts with a link. SolMarrow flags it before you schedule.

Tips
X tips that make every scheduled post work harder.
Grow on X
Lead with the point
People skim the timeline fast. Put the claim, question or result in the first few words, then add context if you still have room.
One idea per tweet
A tweet that tries to say three things usually lands none of them. If you have more to say, schedule a few separate posts across the week.
Let images do the explaining
A chart, a before-and-after or a screenshot of the result often says more than 280 characters can. Up to 4 images fit in one post.
Your Brand
@yourbrand
Be there after it posts
Scheduling handles the timing, but conversations happen in the replies. Plan to check X for a while after an important post goes live.
Use links on purpose
Save links for posts where the click really matters, like a launch or a new article, and let the rest of your tweets stand on their own.
FAQ
X Scheduling Questions, Answered
Still have a question? Write to us and we will help you get set up.
Ask a QuestionSolMarrow itself is free, with unlimited accounts and posts. X is the exception: X charges apps for each post made through its API, so publishing to X uses X credits (100 for $5, 500 for $20) unless you connect your own X developer key.
X bills every app per post sent through its API, and charges more for posts with a link. Credits pass that cost through. Other networks on SolMarrow don't use credits.
Credits are taken just before the post is sent. If it doesn't go out, they're given back, and the post shows as failed with the reason so you can fix it and try again.
Yes. Add your own X developer key and your posts are billed to your X developer account instead of using SolMarrow credits.
No. SolMarrow schedules single posts with text, up to 4 images or one video. Threads and polls are not supported.
No. A post on X can carry up to 4 images or one video up to 512 MB, not a mix. The composer checks this before you can schedule.
Not for X. X also charges apps to read data, so SolMarrow doesn't pull likes, replies or messages from X today.
