SolMarrow's free plan is unlimited because most people use it the way it is meant to be used. This policy protects that. It applies to everything you publish through SolMarrow and to how you use our website, app, API and MCP server.
1. What unlimited means
There is no cap on how many social accounts you connect or how many posts you schedule. Fair use means normal use by a person, a brand, a team or an agency managing its clients' channels. It does not cover use that overloads the service or harms other users.
To protect the service and stay within each network's own limits, we may apply technical limits, such as a maximum number of posts per account per day or API requests per minute. Current limits are shown in your account. We will tell you before we restrict an account for heavy use, unless the activity is harmful or urgent.
2. Content you must not publish
- Spam: repetitive, unsolicited or bulk content, or content meant to manipulate engagement.
- Anything illegal, including content that infringes copyright, trademarks or privacy.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or content that promotes violence.
- Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits children.
- Scams, phishing, malware or deceptive links.
- Content that impersonates a person or organization in a misleading way.
- Anything that breaks the rules of the network you post it to.
3. Use you must not make of SolMarrow
- Creating several free accounts to get around plan limits.
- Connecting social accounts you are not authorized to manage.
- Reselling API or MCP access from a free account, or offering it as part of a paid service without a written agreement with us.
- Trying to break, overload, probe or bypass our security, rate limits or other technical limits.
- Scraping SolMarrow, or using it to scrape or bulk-collect data from social networks.
- Using AI agents or scripts to do anything this policy forbids.
4. What happens if this policy is broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may remove content from your queue, pause publishing, limit features, suspend or close the account, and report illegal activity to the authorities. We will tell you what happened and how to resolve it, unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it.
