Terms of service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You must also meet the age and account requirements of every social network you connect.

2. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep your email address current.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.
• One person may not create several free accounts to get around plan limits.

3. Plans and payment

Free plan. The free plan has no time limit and needs no payment details. It includes the features listed in the pricing section of our website, including one workspace and 1 GB of media storage.

Pro plan. Pro costs $10 per month (plus any applicable tax) and renews automatically each month until you cancel. It adds unlimited workspaces, team invites and 10 GB of media storage.

X posting. X charges for posts made through its API. To post to X you either buy X credits in SolMarrow or connect your own X developer key, in which case X bills you directly under X's own terms.

Paddle. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles customer service inquiries and returns related to payment. Payment terms are those in Paddle's buyer terms, shown at checkout.

Price changes. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change affects your subscription. You can cancel before the new price applies.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Pro at any time from your billing settings. Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then your account moves to the free plan. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

5. Connected social accounts

• You connect each social account through that network's official sign-in (OAuth) or official bot setup (for example, adding the SolMarrow bot to a Telegram channel) and authorize SolMarrow to publish and read data on your behalf, within the permissions you approve.
• You must follow the terms and policies of every network you post to. Those networks can change their APIs, limits, prices or approval of our app at any time; when that happens a feature may change or stop for that network.
• Some networks are available only after they approve our app. We list each network's status on our website and do not guarantee that any network will become or stay available.
• You can disconnect an account at any time in SolMarrow or in the network's own settings.

6. API, MCP and AI agents

• You may use the SolMarrow API and MCP server to manage the workspaces and accounts you have access to. On the free plan this access is for your own use; offering it to others as part of a paid service needs a separate written agreement with us.
• When you connect an AI assistant, script or other tool, it acts on your behalf. You are responsible for what it creates, schedules or publishes, as if you had done it yourself.
• We may apply rate limits to protect the service and to stay within each network's limits.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of the text, images, videos and other material you add to SolMarrow ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and transmit your content only as needed to run SolMarrow for you, for example to show it in your calendar and to publish it to the networks you choose. You confirm you have the rights needed for everything you post.

8. Acceptable use and fair use

Unlimited features are subject to fair use. You must follow our acceptable use and fair use policy. We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks it, and we will tell you why unless the law or an urgent risk prevents it.

9. Storage limits

If your media library exceeds your plan's storage, for example after moving from Pro to Free, you cannot upload new files until you are under the limit. We do not delete your existing files because of a plan change.

10. Changes to SolMarrow

We improve SolMarrow over time and may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature that is part of a paid plan you are using, we will tell you in advance. We will not reduce the unlimited accounts and posts included in the free plan.

11. Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time, as described on our data deletion page. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if required by law, or if your use puts other users or the service at risk.

12. Disclaimers

SolMarrow is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to publish every post on time, but we do not guarantee that the service or any network will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, or that a post will reach a network at an exact moment.

13. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to SolMarrow is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$50. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a third party makes a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in the United States where Samero LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections that the law of your country of residence gives you.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you or show a notice in SolMarrow at least 30 days before it applies. The effective date above shows the current version.
