Export your data or delete your account

Download a copy of your SolMarrow data as a JSON file, or permanently delete your account and everything in it.

Export your data

  1. Open Settings → General.
  2. Under data export, download your copy.

You get a JSON file with your account, workspaces, connected accounts, posts, media list and billing history.

Delete your account

  1. If you have Pro, cancel it first in Settings → Billing.
  2. Open Settings → General and choose Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Your account and everything in it are removed from our live systems right away and from backups within 30 days. Posts already published stay on the networks; delete them there if you want them gone.

Important: Deleting can't be undone. Unused X credits are lost, so ask for a refund first if you bought them in the last 14 days.
