Character, image and video limits per network
How long a post can be and how many images or videos each network accepts. SolMarrow checks these limits before anything goes out.
Each network has its own rules. The composer checks them as you type and shows a warning before you schedule, so a post never fails because it is too long.

Good to know
- Links on X count as 23 characters, whatever their real length.
- Telegram: text posts can be 4,096 characters, but once you add media the caption is limited to 1,024.
- Media required: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Dribbble need an image or video; YouTube needs a video.
- Mixing photos and videos in one post works only where the network allows it (for example Telegram, Discord, Slack, Instagram, Threads and WordPress).
- File types: JPG, PNG, WebP, GIF, MP4, MOV and WebM. Large images are resized automatically for networks with smaller limits.
